FOSS@School: "An Introductory to GNU/Linux and other FOSS Application" will be held at the Infotech Laboratory, Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST), Matti, Digos, Davao del Sur on March 6 to 7, 2010.

The objective of this seminar workshop is to introduce the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) as an alternative for proprietary software. The two day seminar workshop covers the basic systems and network administration of Ubuntu Desktop such as partitioning, installation, configuration, command line interface, and etc. This course will be handled by Mr. Eugene G. Ranjo and Mr. John Mark E. Llarenas from University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato.
